Returns & Refund Policy

The WinterProof Bag is built to perform and backed with confidence. If it doesn’t meet your expectations for any reason, support is here to help make it right. Ongoing improvement - driven by real customer feedback and real-world use - is at the core of how this product is designed and supported.

Returns

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the ski bag must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition – free of damage, dirt, ski wax, moisture, or odors.  All original tags and packaging must be included.  Returns showing signs of use or failing to meet these requirements may be declined. 

Non-Returnable Items 

The following items are not eligible for return: products marked as Final Sale and gift cards.  Returns will also not be accepted for damage resulting from misuse, airline handling, or normal wear and tear over time. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at thepros@unboundoutdoor.com with your order number and reason for your return. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please include photos so the issue can be reviewed promptly. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions. 

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot assume responsibility for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected – usually within 5 business days – we will notify you of the refund approval.  Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. 

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered at this time. To get a different item, please return your original purchase through the standard return process and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ski bag arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or issue a refund to ensure the issue is resolved as smoothly as possible.
